AGM Results

 

The Directors of 88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX &
AIM:88E) confirm that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
held earlier today Resolutions 1 to 4 and 6-10 were duly carried, with
Resolution 5 (Approval of 7.1 Mandate) not carried. Further information on the
