The Directors of 88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX &
AIM:88E) confirm that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
held earlier today Resolutions 1 to 5 were duly carried, with Resolution 6
(Conditional Spill Resolution) not carried. Further information on the
