88 Energy Limited ("88E" or the "Company") confirms that it has issued a total of 52,128,585 fully paid ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on Monday 22 February 2016. Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has 3,134,269,408 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
