Issue of Equity
88 Energy Limited ("88E" or the "Company") confirms that it has today issued a total of 119,618
fully paid ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options.
The Company announced on 2 March and 4 March 2016 that it had issued 3,000,000 and 6,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares respectively, pursuant to the issue of options. Application for admission of 9,400,000 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has been made and Admission is expected to occur on 11 March 2016. 
Application has also been made for admission of the 119,618 Ordinary Shares issued today to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 16 March 2016. Following the issue of these 119,618 Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Companyhas 3,172,947,990 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
