88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM 88E) confirms that pursuant to the off-market takeover bid by 88 Energy for XCD Energy Limited the first supplementary bidder's statement and a replacement bidder's statement have today been lodged with ASIC and sent to XCD Energy Limited. 
 
The first supplementary bidder's statement, which can be viewed at the link below, is dated 21 May 2020 and shows the changes (marked up) to the original bidder's statement dated 11 May 2020.
