Awards granted under the 888 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

The Company announces the following awards over ordinary shares of GBP 0.005
each were granted to Per Widerström, CEO and Sean Wilkins, CFO of the Company
as set out below:

LTIP

The 2024 LTIP award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions
measured over a three-year period and a subsequent two year holding period
post-vesting. This award is subject to Net Value Creation and Relative Total
Shareholder Return performance conditions. Relative Total Share Return
performance targets can be found in the 2023 Directors' Remuneration Report in
the 888 Holdings plc Annual Report which will be available at
http://corporate.888.com/ (http://corporate.888.com/) on 18 April 2024. The
performance targets for Net Value Creation use a multiple of 6.9 and are
£859m for threshold payout and £1,167m for maximum payout.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article
