    ** Company says its experimental treatment for non-alcoholic
fatty liver disease (NASH), showed improvement in disease
activity in preclinical studies in mice, when combined with

    ** INNT to present data from the study at an analyst meeting
in San Diego on May 20
    ** NASH is a severe disease of the liver caused by
inflammation and a buildup of fat in the organ; INNT says NASH
affects up to ~2-5 pct of the U.S. population
    ** Up to Friday's close, INNT had slumped ~18 pct YTD
