A2A says Tasca has been nominated as chairman and Mazzoncini as CEO

April 4 (Reuters) - Italian energy group A2A A2.MI said in a statement on Saturday that the municipalities of Milan and Brescia have nominated Roberto Tasca as chairman of the board and Renato Mazzoncini as CEO ahead of its shareholders' meeting. The shareholders’ meeting at which the appointments will be voted on is scheduled to take place on April 28 and 29, the company said.
