    Italian Energy Minister Gilberto Pichetto Fratin says
national gas storage levels are "adequate" but says the
government is considering "further measures" to maximise the
stock in storage. He also calls for the European Union to adopt
concrete solutions, such as a price cap, to help reduce energy
prices in all EU countries.

    Italy's  Antitrust has decided not to open a probe into
Banco BPM's bid for fund manager Anima Holding, the authority
said on Monday in its weekly newsletter.
        
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI  
    One Equity Partners (OEP) has concluded a deal to become the
majority shareholder in Comau, Stellantis said on Monday, adding
it will remain an active minority investor in the robotics
business.

    Italian regional utility has finalised a deal to buy larger
peer Enel's distribution assets in the northern Italian region
of Lombardy, the two groups said on Monday.
