** Shares of a2 Milk ATM.NZ rise as much as 6.5% to NZ$9.29, their highest level since March 19

** The infant formula maker posts a 21% rise in full-year net profit to NZ$202.9 million ($120.22 million) vs. NZ$167.6 million a year earlier

** Sees FY26 revenue from cont ops to grow in high-single digit versus FY25

** Declares a final dividend of 11.5 NZ cents per share

** Adds it will acquire Yashili New Zealand, a manufacturing facility in Pokeno, with two existing China-label product registrations

** Around 477,563 shares change hands, 1.4x the 30-day average

** Stock up 41.3%, YTD

   ($1 = 1.6878 New Zealand dollars)
