Feb 17 (Reuters) - New Zealand's a2 Milk ATM.NZ
declared its first dividend on Monday after reporting a 7.6%
rise in half-year profit, driven by strong sales in its China
and other Asian markets.
The dairy giant reported net profit after tax (NPAT)
attributable of NZ$91.7 million ($52.50 million) for the six
months ending on December 31, compared with NZ$85.3 million
logged a year ago, and beat the Visible Alpha consensus estimate
of NZ$83 million.
