   resignation. 
 * Designated G. R. Nagendran as chief financial officer of the company 
   effective from September 1, 2016.

Further Nomination & Remuneration Committee in its meeting duly held on September 02, 2016 has taken note on the resignation of Mr. Lalit Mohan Gulati and has designated Mr. G. R. Nagendran as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from September 1, 2016.
