 * Continuing connected transaction - entering into cooperation agreement in 
   respect of the entrusted development, distribution and operation of Mobile 
   games  0800.HK  
 * Says the operating revenue generated from such game will be shared between 
   the parties of the cooperation agreement 
 * Approved cooperation agreement in respect of entrusted development, 
   distribution and operation of Mobile games between company and Xiamen mengjia 
 * Says entrusted development fees of RMB3 million to Xiamen mengjia would be 
   paid by the company
