 * Deal for aggregate consideration of RMB550 million in cash 
 * Says the purchasers, the vendors, the guarantor and the target entered into 
the SP agreement 
 * Shenzhen yunhai qingtian cultural broadcasting will acquire 35% of equity 
interest of the target for RMB192.5 million
