Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 29 March 2022 of the Company's financial results for
the year ended 30 January 2022, the Company announces it has today published
its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 January 2022 (the "Annual
Report and Accounts").

The Annual Report and Accounts contains the notice convening the Company's one
hundred and eighteenth annual general meeting (the "AGM") (the "Notice of
AGM"). The AGM will be held at the offices of Ernst and Young LLP, G1
Building, 5 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DY on Friday 27 May 2022 at 12.00 p.m.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, including the Notice of AGM and form
of proxy for use at the AGM are available to view on the Company's website:
www.agbarr.co.uk (http://www.agbarr.co.uk)

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report and
Accounts will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly
be available for inspection at

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR
