RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS

 

A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 3 November 2023 that the
following Directors acquired on 2 November 2023 such number of the Company's
ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their
names below, following the vesting of the 2020 awards under the A.G. BARR
p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
