Confirmation of Appointment of Chairman

 

A.G. BARR p.l.c. is pleased to confirm that, as previously announced, Mark
Allen OBE, Non Executive Director and Chairman designate, will replace John
Nicolson as Chairman of the Board on 31 March 2022.

Roger White, Chief Executive, A.G. Barr p.l.c., commented :
