Notice of Revised Date of Final Results
 
 
A.G. BARR p.l.c., which produces and markets some of the UK's leading drinks brands, including IRN-BRU, Rubicon, Strathmore and Funkin, will be announcing Final Results for the 52 weeks ended 25 January 2020, on Wednesday, 8 April 2020.
 
The results are being announced later than originally planned due to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") request on 21 March 2020, in light of COVID-19, requesting that listed companies observe a two week moratorium on the publication of preliminary financial statements.  Despite the Company's state of readiness to report, A. G. Barr complied with the FCA's request.
