at $78 in early trade
    ** Co missed Q3 revenue and profit estimates on Tuesday,
hurt by lower sales of its water heaters in North America and
China
    ** Co Q3 revenue fell nearly 4% to $902.6 mln compared with
the previous year, and below estimates of $904.73 mln - LSEG
    ** Co posts Q3 net income of 82 cents per share, missing
analysts expectations of 83 cents per share - LSEG
    ** As of last close, stock down 5% YTD
