** Water heater maker A.O. Smith's AOS.N shares rise 6.5% to $74

** AOS reports a rise in Q4 profit, driven by strong demand for boilers and water-treatment systems in North America

** Posts adjusted net income of $125.4 million, or 90 cents per share, compared with $109.7 million, or 75 cents per share, a year earlier

     ** Posts total revenue of $912.5 million for the quarter, compared with $912.4 million a year earlier

** In 2025, AOS fell ~2%
