$3.88 premarket
    ** U.S. FDA grants 'fast track' designation to co's lead
drug candidate, efzofitimod, for treatment of pulmonary
sarcoidosis, a type of disease where inflammatory cells form in

    ** Drug is currently being studied in late-stage trial
    ** FDA's fast track status expedites review of drugs to
treat serious conditions and fill an unmet medical need
    ** Stock down about 50% YTD as of last close
