India's Aarti Drugs surges to record high on bonus share issue

** Drugmaker's shares  ADRG.NS  jump 15.8% to a record high
of 2,790 rupees in a weak Mumbai market  .NSEI 
    ** Approves issue of bonus shares in 3-to-1 ratio

    ** Stock marks sharpest intraday rise in two weeks, heads
for fourth straight session of gains
    ** More than 1 mln shares change hands, vs 30-day avg of
264,417 shares
    ** Stock has soared 316% this year, up to last close,
outpacing a ~44% rise in the Nifty Pharma Index  .NIPHARM  and a
~6% fall in the benchmark NSE Nifty 50 index  .NSEI
