** Shares of housing finance co Aavas Financiers Ltd
AVAS.NS fall as much as 1.8% to 1,765 rupees, touching their
lowest level since Jan. 25, 2021
** Stock is on track for a fourth consecutive session of
losses
** Seven out of 13 analysts covering stock maintained their
rating as "buy", three suggest "hold" and three recommend "sell"
and "strong sell"; median PT is 2,427.5 rupees - Refinitiv data
** Stock trading below 200-day, 100-day and 50-day moving
averages, indicating bearish momentum
** Stock down ~29.4% in 2022
