Board Change

 

AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics", the "Company" or the "Group"), the designer,
manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement
products to the global transport market, announces that after seven years as
Chief Executive Officer, James Routh has informed the Board of his decision to
leave the Company to take up the role of CEO of Victrex plc.

 

The Board, led by the Chairman, Dick Elsy, will now begin the process to
appoint a successor and James, whose notice period is 12 months, is expected
to continue in his role until the Board has completed the selection
process. A further update will be provided in due course.

 

Dick Elsy, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank
James for his contribution to AB Dynamics. The Group now has a solid and
scalable platform from which to capitalise on the Board's ambitious multi-year
