Grant of LTIP awards 
 
AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that on 2 December 2020, it awarded options over a total of 39,451 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to PDMRs in accordance with the rules of the AB Dynamics Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
