Notice of Annual General Meeting

Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

 

AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of
advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive
market, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the
Company's financial year ended 31 August 2021, will be held at 11.00am on
Wednesday 12 January 2022 at the offices of Tulchan Communications, 2nd Floor,
85 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AE.

 

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and instructions
on voting by proxy are also now available on the Company's website
at https://www.abdplc.com (https://www.abdplc.com) and have been posted to
shareholders.

 

Impact of COVID-19 on the AGM

 

It is anticipated that the AGM will proceed as an open meeting. However, given
the ongoing uncertainty, and bearing in mind the broader public health
considerations and for the safety of others, the board of directors will
continue to monitor government guidance in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic,
and if any changes to the arrangements set out in the Notice of the AGM are
required, this will be communicated via a regulatory information service and
the Company's website.

 

We strongly encourage shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the
AGM and to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a
named person, who, if circumstances change, may not be able to attend the
meeting. The Chairman of the meeting will direct that voting on all
resolutions will take place by way of a poll, rather than a show of hands, to
ensure that proxy votes are recognised in order to accurately reflect the
views of shareholders. Please do not attend the AGM in person if you have any
symptoms of or have tested positive for COVID-19.

should be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 7 January 2022 and we will ensure, to the
