Notice of Annual General Meeting

AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of
advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive
market, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the
Group's financial year ended 31 August 2022, will be held at 11.00am on
Wednesday 11 January 2023 at the offices of Tulchan Communications, 2nd Floor,
85 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AE.

 

The Group's Annual Report 2022 and the Notice of AGM are now available on the
Group's website at https://www.abdplc.com (https://www.abdplc.com/) and have
been posted to shareholders.

  

AB Dynamics is committed to constructive engagement with all of its
shareholders and they are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM by
