AB Science soars after gets green light for Alzheimer's study

** Shares in AB Science  ABS.PA  jump after the French
pharmaceutical company received the first authorizations to
launch its phase 3 study of masitinib in Alzheimer's patients
    ** The study will enrol 600 patients with confirmed clinical
diagnosis of mild and moderate Alzheimer's disease, the company

    ** The stock was up around 8% as of 0722 GMT, hitting
one-month high
    ** Up to the Monday's close, shares were down 38.2%​
