** Real estate investment trust reports FY net profit after tax attributable of A$26.9 mln ($17.5 mln ) vs year-ago loss of A$241 mln; annual revenue jumps 35.6% y/y

** Announces FY25 dividend of 8.5 Au cents/share; forecasts FY26 dividend of 8.5 Au cents/share

** YTD, ABG gains ~17%
