Aug 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Shenyang's local government has offered to take Shengjing Bank 2066.HK private in a deal that valued the commercial lender at HK$11.61 billion ($1.49 billion), the bank said, following several years of weak share performance. nL4N3UI11S

** PetroChina 601857.SS proposed to take over three natural gas storage facilities from its controlling shareholder, state-owned China National Petroleum Corporation, in a deal worth 40.02 billion Chinese yuan ($5.59 billion). nL4N3UI0U2

** Apple AAPL.O has held talks internally about acquiring French AI startup Mistral as well as Perplexity, the Information reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3UI13I

    ** EchoStar SATS.O has agreed to sell wireless spectrum licenses for $23 billion to AT&T T.N as it faces scrutiny from government regulators and after President Donald Trump urged a deal. nL4N3UI0QB

** Abu Dhabi alternative investment manager Lunate is acquiring a minority stake in hedge fund Brevan Howard, the two companies said on Tuesday, the latest high-profile investment by Abu Dhabi in a global asset manager. nL1N3UI091

** Australia's Abacus Storage King ASK.AX said that a consortium led by South African billionaire Nathan Kirsh and U.S.-based Public Storage PSA.N has withdrawn its A$2.17 billion ($1.41 billion) takeover offer for the firm. nL4N3UH1CS

** The pension trust of German automaker Mercedes-Benz MBGn.DE has sold its entire shareholding in Japan's Nissan Motor for 47.83 billion yen ($324.65 million), a source said. nL4N3UI0CC
