Aug 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** AT&T  said it will purchase key wireless spectrum licenses from EchoStar  for about $23 billion, as the the U.S. telecom provider seeks to boost its network in a competitive market.

** Abu Dhabi alternative investment manager Lunate is acquiring a minority stake in hedge fund Brevan Howard, the two companies said, the latest high-profile investment by Abu Dhabi in a global asset manager.

** Australia's Abacus Storage King  said that a consortium led by South African billionaire Nathan Kirsh and U.S.-based Public Storage  has withdrawn its A$2.17 billion ($1.41 billion) takeover offer for the firm.

** The pension trust of German automaker Mercedes-Benz MBGn.DE has sold its entire shareholding in Japan's Nissan Motor for 47.83 billion yen ($324.65 million), a source said. nL4N3UI0CC
