Aban Offshore Ltd has informed BSE that a notice of termination has been received from PEMEX purporting to exercise its contractual right to terminate the charter for the Jack-up Rig "DEEP DRILLER 1", belonging to a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the Company effective June 01, 2016, approximately 3 months prior to its original expiry.
