ABB to sell property to Pensimo, booking 290 million Swiss franc gain

Jan 28 (Reuters) - ABB ABBN.S plans to sell property to Pensimo, enabling the construction of around 500 apartments, the Swiss electrical equipment company said on Wednesday.

This will result in a pre-tax operational capital gain of around 290 million Swiss francs in the first quarter of 2026, the company added.

Pensimo is a Zurich-based company that invests in real estate on behalf of Swiss pension funds.
