ZURICH, Jan 29 (Reuters) - ABB ABBN.S is very confident about the outlook for its business supplying data centres used to support artificial intelligence, Chief Executive Morten Wierod said on Thursday after the company reported its fourth quarter results.
"We are very confident about the data centre outlook and that confidence is probably even stronger today than a year ago," Wierod told reporters about the business which now generates around 9% of group revenue.
"It has become one of the key segments for us and it has the highest growth rate in the segments or in the markets that we operate," he added.
