Directorate Change

 

York, U.K. 18 October 2023: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading
international lateral flow contract research (CRO) and contract development
and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), announces that Mrs Melanie Ross, CFO,
will resign as a Director of the Company with immediate effect and will leave
Abingdon Health on 30 November 2023. Abingdon Health expects to appoint an
interim Finance Director shortly who will therefore benefit from a handover
period.

 

Dr Chris Hand, Non-Executive Chairman said: "On behalf of the Board of
Directors of Abingdon Health plc, I would like to thank Melanie Ross for her
contribution to the Company and wish her well for the future."

available. In addition, the site provides Abingdon's contract services
