Judicial Review - judgement expected

 

York, U.K. 7 October 2022: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading
international developer and manufacturer of high quality and effective rapid
tests, notes that a judgement in relation to the Judicial Review proceedings
initiated by the Good Law Project Limited ("GLP") against the Department of
Health and Social Care ("DHSC") is expected to be handed down today at 12noon.
Abingdon Health is an interested party in the case.
