Notice of Annual General Meeting and Notice of Results

 

York, U.K. 23 November 2022: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX), a leading
international developer and manufacturer of high quality, rapid diagnostic
tests, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on
Monday 19 December at 9.30 a.m. at the offices of Abingdon Health, York
Biotech Campus, Sand Hutton, York, YO41 1LZ, United Kingdom. Furthermore, the
Company will be releasing its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June
2022 on 24 November 2022.
