rapid tests and med-tech, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
will be held on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 12.00 GMT at the Company's
offices at York Biotech Campus, Sand Hutton, York, YO41 1LZ, United Kingdom.

 

Printed copies of the Notice of the AGM and 2025 Annual Report have been
posted to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper

internal and external, management reviews and presentations, training and
mentoring.   The Company's subsidiary, Abingdon Analytical Ltd, offers
analytical testing and performance evaluation to generate the required
technical and data for regulatory approval for lateral flow and other in vitro
diagnostic assays from its Doncaster, England facilities.
