July 7 (Reuters) - Abitare In SpA  ABIT.MI : 
    * Said on Wednesday that the board approved to extend the 
offer period for the subscription of its capital increase 
reserved to investors other than professional ones 
    * The offer relates to a capital increase of up to 500,000 
euros ($553,950.00), premium included, corresponding to up to 
4,667 newly issued shares 
    * Price per share is 160 euros, of which 159.5 euros are
