Feb 27 (Reuters) - Abitare In SpA  ABIT.MI : 
    * Said on Friday that it issued the fourth tranche of its 
capital increase reserved to qualified investors 
    * Seven investors subscribed to the tranche 
    * Value of the tranche is 284,130 euros ($300,297.00), 
corresponding to 1,386 newly issued shares 
    * Free float after the capital increase is 18.8 pct 
    * Subscription price was 205 euros per share, of which 204.5 
euros as premium
