** Brazilian listed grain trader Agribrasil GRAO3.SA has held talks with suitors interested in buying a stake in the firm, according to two sources familiar with the matter speaking on condition of anonymity because the discussions are private.

** India's Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL) said it is exploring setting up 7 gigawatts (GW) of green energy projects in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh at an investment of 490 billion Indian rupees ($5.63 billion).

** Norwegian oil company DNO has agreed to buy rival Sval Energi from private equity group HitecVision in a deal valued at $1.6 billion, it said, marking further consolidation among North Sea oil and gas producers.
