German e-retailer Zalando makes takeover bid for rival About You

Dec 11 (Reuters) - German online retailer Zalando
 ZALG.DE  on Wednesday said it intends to acquire fashion
holding About You  YOUG.DE  for 6.50 euros ($6.84) per share, as
part of plans to form a pan-European e-commerce platform. 
    
($1 = 0.9502 euros)
