** Baader Helvea downgrades German online fashion retailer
About You  YOUG.DE  to "reduce" from "add" as consumer
confidence drops across Europe
    ** It says the market environment for the overall retail
sector is "significantly clouded" due to geopolitical tensions
and strong inflation
    ** The brokerage also sees supply chain disruptions and
higher cost expectations for freight, logistics and energy
    ** About You last week cut its FY guidance on declining
consumer sentiment and worsening macroeconomic indicators
