up as much as 11.9% to 451p - their highest in more than two
months
** Co says terms agreed in principle for a proposed
combination with assets of Fidelity China Special Situations
FCSS.L
** Adds that co will be placed into voluntary liquidation
after combination
** Stock set to post biggest one-day gain since listing in
2009, if gains hold
** As of last close, stock down 27% this year
