 * Consideration for the disposal is s$1.85 million in cash 
 * Says will be utilising the net proceeds of approximately s$1.7 million for 
the payment of debts and loans 
 * Needs proceeds of disposal for meeting immediate financial obligations 
incurred in relation to printing business 
 * Purchaser is a dealer in printing and post press machinery and is based in 
the United Kingdom 
 * Loss on disposal, if disposal was completed on 31 March 2015 will be 
approximately s$450,419
