** Shares of Swiss biotech co AC Immune SA  ACIU.O  rise
9.4% at $2.6 premarket
    ** Low dose of co's vaccine candidate ACI-24.060 showed
antibody response against beta-amyloid protein in early- to
mid-stage study in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD)
    ** Beta-amyloid protein, in corrupted form, destroys nerve
cells and can cause disease progression in AD 
    ** ACI-24.060 was generally well-tolerated with no safety
concerns observed - ACIU
    ** Dosing in the higher dose AD cohorts has begun - ACIU
    ** Says further safety and immunogenicity findings expected
in H2 2023
    ** Adds initial data on amyloid plaque reduction, measured
by advanced scanning technique, expected in 2024
    ** Co also plans to include individuals with Down Syndrome
in the study
    ** Stock down 46% in the past 12 months
