U.S. stock indexes were set to open flat on Wednesday ahead of comments from
Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell later in the day, while Tesla shares gained
after the electric-vehicle maker's sales in China nearly doubled.  .N 
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.01% at 33,854. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.04% at 3,960.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.01%
at 11,526.
