** Shares of healthcare communications provider Spok
Holdings Inc  SPOK.O  jump ~21% to $9.50 premarket on a $209.3
mln buyout offer from Acacia Research Corp  ACTG.O , which
invests in tech and life sciences businesses
    ** Spok's shares set for biggest one-day pct gain since
March 2020
    ** Offer values SPOK at $10.75 per share, representing a
total enterprise value of about $155 mln - ACTG https://bit.ly/3DuNT61
    ** Up to Monday's close, SPOK was down ~29% YTD, while ACTG
was up ~50%
