** Shares of Neuren Pharmaceuticals NEU.AX rise as much as 18.2% to A$22.00, their highest level since Oct 31, 2025
** Co says Acadia Pharmaceuticals ACAD.O, who NEU gave exclusive worldwide license to for DAYBUE (trofinetide) oral solution, hiked full=year net sales guidance for the drug
** Acadia also posted a 30% jump in second-quarter DAYBUE net sales from last year, its highest quarterly sales since launch
** NEU shares mark biggest intraday pct gain in over a month and are top percentage gainer on Australia's benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index.AXJO, which is up 0.6% near an all time high .AX
** YTD, NEU up 16.8%
