Thoma Bravo to buy Accelerant in more than $4 billion deal  Aug 13 (Reuters) - Private equity firm Thoma Bravo will buy Accelerant ARX.N in an all-cash deal worth more than $4 billion deal, the insurance marketplace said on Thursday.
